Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Number Place, a number-placement puzzle game made by TWOYEARSOLD (“we”). By using the app, you agree to them.

The app is intended for ages 13 and up.

The app

• One purchase lets you use the app, with all its features, on the devices signed in to the same store account, under the store’s terms. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no account.
• The app is for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it and these terms differ, Apple’s agreement comes first for App Store purchases.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, please get a parent’s or guardian’s permission before buying the app.

Your records

• Your settings, saved games, statistics and achievements are stored only on your device. We cannot see them, and we cannot restore them if they are lost.
• To keep them when you change devices, use “Export records” and “Import records” in Settings, or your device’s own backup.
• How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app or its puzzles, artwork or text;
• modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• use the app in a way that breaks the law or the store’s terms.

Rights

The app and everything in it — including the puzzles, the puzzle collection, the hints, the design and the text — belong to TWOYEARSOLD or are used with permission. Puzzles you read from paper or enter yourself stay yours.

Updates and changes

• We may update the app to fix problems or improve it. Some updates may change or remove features.
• If we stop selling the app, the copy on your device keeps working as long as your device and its system support it. We cannot promise it will run on future devices or system versions.

Warranty and liability

• We make the app with care, but we cannot promise it will be free of every error or work on every device.
• If something goes wrong, contact us. We will try to fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you (for App Store purchases, through Apple’s refund process).
• Except where we acted on purpose or with gross negligence, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with the date it takes effect, before it takes effect. We will only make changes that are in your interest or that are reasonable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless the law says otherwise, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes as the court of first instance.
